Your questions about billing

No commitment on the Pro plan (€49/month). Cancel at any time from the Stripe portal, free of charge. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. The Diagnosis is a one-off purchase, no subscription is created.
In Settings, a gauge shows the AI tokens you have used against your included quota, your active companies and your analyses for the month, with a colour code (green / orange / red) that changes as you approach the limit. The sidebar permanently shows an estimate of your monthly cost based on your active add-ons.
The app blocks AI calls and offers to add the "Premium AI tokens" add-on (€19/month) or to use your own API key (BYOK mode, included in your subscription). Nothing is billed automatically without your explicit consent.
Yes, with an active paid subscription (Pro and above). BYOK mode lets you use your own API key (Anthropic Claude, Mistral, OpenAI GPT-4o, Azure OpenAI): it replaces the included token quota, not the subscription. Your key is encrypted (AES-256) directly in your browser and is never stored on our servers. You manage your token billing directly with your provider; Fintusk takes no margin. You can also use an AI installed on your own computer: local AI guide (in French).
Yes. Fintusk reads general ledgers from Spain (PGC), Germany (DATEV SKR03/SKR04), Belgium (PCMN), Portugal (SNC), Poland (ZPK), Italy, the Netherlands and the OHADA zone (SYSCOHADA), and maps them to the French chart of accounts with fixed rules. Unrecognised accounts go to suspense account 471 and are listed in a conversion report. Importing is open to every signed-in account; exporting the converted file is part of the Compliance add-on (€29/month).
